Melissa Crowe serves as Vice President of Operations & Logistics, providing executive leadership and operational oversight for compliant, mission-ready transportation services supporting federal, state, and local government requirements. She leads end-to-end execution across multi-state and nationwide operations, overseeing operational planning, trip management, vendor and driver coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication to ensure safe, reliable, and accountable service delivery. Her scope includes 24/7 dispatch and real-time operational coordination, scalable fleet deployment, and surge and emergency response readiness in support of time-sensitive and mission-critical requirements. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has been accepted into a doctoral program, reflecting her commitment to advanced leadership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement in complex operational environments.
